Loose/Banging Rear End

1st..No perverted comments on the Subject :-P

Only had my Wago a few days but today I was driving her and it keeps making this clunk/bang in the rear end..mostly from the drivers side rear.

I can shake the wheel and I hear a clunk when I do so..I had my Bro look while shook the tire and he states it Looks like a bushing is worn..Hmm..

Ball Joint? Wheel Bearing?

I will have it up on the jack 2morrow and see what the deal is..

Any comments/experience with this is appreciated!

rear strut mount often overlooked when replacing the rear struts.

also check rear strut, coil spring in rear strut

happy hunting and best of luck
  • trailing arm...

well I don't know -- just where I'd look first -- plus the arm thx eaglebeagle -- roads are terrible up my way so suspension is ongoing maintenance (check all the 4x4s in my signature and that's just some of them  )
  • Thx for the responses!

According to the Haynes manual it was the Panhard Rod. Sometime in the past it had broken at the bushing area and was re-welded, but the bushing bolt was not tight.

REALLY need new shocks,,driver rear has been bleeding bad for a while..

    Cheers
