First auto x of the season (March 14th, 2010)

Local member on ims got a video of me on an opening season run for this years auto x. With my crx being out of the game for full resto, i figured i'd try the wagon out on the track for the season. Was actually pretty impressed with it! Did not do any tuning on my suspension. Got my tires put on and headed up there hoping it would do somewhat okay. I plan on getting better/stickier tires soon! My best run was a 55.186.. Was very happy with it being i had no tune or alignment done to my suspension setup which consists of (s2 sport shocks w/ s2 coilover sleeves with spring rates of 600lb front/ 800lb rear), and being its completely stock under the hood!!.. for now. lol! Handled awesome for what it is, imo.

    nice looks like fun. wish i could take my wago out this weekend was the first event but i dont technically own my wagon anymore so i cant be racing something someone is buying. oh well

    I would love to get into auto-X but i just dont know if i should do that with my daily driver.

    Totally understandable. Im kinda pushin it autoxing my wagon being it is my daily turning over 255k on original motor and tranny. Im more afraid of the motor than anything else! Feel like its just gonna give out, but to tell you the truth.. you wouldnt be able to tell its turning 255k being it drives like its got 100k miles. lol I say you go for it dude!!

    yeah. what i realy wanna try out is the hill climbs he was tellin me about sounds like a ton of fun.

    Lots of nice flat pavement......but that dip in the middle, that's gotta be rough for stiff suspension.

    Looks like a good time......I don't think my CRX is going to be ready for autox season either, so maybe the wagon will get beat on early season as well. ;)
