Window

Dont know if this goes in this section but here goes.....whats up with the front passenger side window crank..its hard as hell to roll down and and even harder to roll up is this a problem that can be fixed or do i have to replace the crank in the door...thanks for any advice

    It would be the track assy.. I had the same issue on the driver's, I just put power windows in instead :D

    in most cases the guides in the assy are shot.. you can try lubing it up and see if the spring free's up. if not, your looking for a new regulator

    Yeah, you gotta replace the regulator, it's gonna suck but that is what was wrong with mine.

    AlexanderleWolf & SECURITY are right.Start looking for a crank,but the following trick will work for a while till you replace the crank. Do a search under ,"Window Crank Problem" or " syringe"(strange ,but works).If in a hurry just read my postings.

  • Take the regulator, clean it real good and regrease it. Mine was doing the same as you, and this fixed my problem.
