Need help lowering my wagon

i have an 89 wagon and i wanna cut the springs and lower it until i can buy coil overs.....any suggestions???????

  • It's probably going to ride like cr*p with cut stock springs. Just wait til you can get coilovers.
  • My suggestion would be to wait until you have the money for some decent stuff.

    My other suggestion is to post in the appropriate section of the forum. There is a section for these kinds of technical questions.

    bad idea... look on craigslist.com for coilovers in ur state... u might find some cheap one around $50 or so...

    nothing beats that firsthand experience...

    'imminent' replacements anyway...

    lol, I'm cut springs with coilovers, it's not bad but Im getting ready to swap in a set of integra springs make it real stiff

    i did this to my wagon, did nothing! maybe lowered 1/8 of an inch!

    I went to the Racelands site and they only show 1 set for a Honda, and thats for the 02-05 EP3.
