Wtf? Wagon starts without stepping on clutch pedal!

Weird.

Anyone know where the fuse for the cigarette lighter is? Im missing the cover with the markings...

  • Its under the steering wheel. Its a 15 amp fuse. I had issues with mine last month because my Sirius power cable shorted out and kept popping that fuse.

My Wagon wont start without the clutch in, you can fix it by adding or removing the little rubber stopper from about halfway up the clutch pedal assembly. :)

There is a simple way of bypassing the clutch switch. Just gotta ground a wire at the starter relay  didn't it to one of my vehicles awhile ago and have been meaning to do it on the rt4wd sometime.

i simply unplugged the clutch switch thing and connected the two wires. no need for clutch now.

x2. great for those early morning winter starts where i just want to reach in, start it, and go back inside. no need tracking snow into there 2x.

No car I have ever come across over here has had the clutch safety switch? Is it a USDM only thing?

Though in saying that I always start with my foot on the clutch anyway

My wagon was odd. Sometimes it would start without the clutch sometimes it wouldn't. Just remember to leave it out of gear and your good. My crx did need the clutch in to start but I just used a wire tap and shorted out the conection so my remote start would work
