Help Choosing Paint Scheme

I have already decided to paint the car voltage blue (Honda B-97M) but I am having trouble with the scheme. I can not decided if I want to paint everything (bumpers,side moldings, mirrors, rockers, and tag garnish) blue or if I should keep them black. Just looking for some opinions let me know what you think. Here is the car.

    I feel like if you paint all of the originally black trim body colored it will look like a little wanna be Honda hot import nights car. I would stick with the RT paint scheme. I love that color though, I can't wait to see it.

    Maybe it'd look good if you painted it just like the RT but did a body colored side mirror(s). Kind of makes it look like an EG hatch I think.

    Yea i am kinda leaning towards keeping the RT style and just paining the mirrors. I am just wondering how the voltage blue will look with the black trim because it is a much darker blue than the original.

    i think they look so much better with painted handles and mirrors :D
    makes them a lot fresher and up to date

    i dont go much for the black bit along the bottom of the front bumpers either, but i guess its suppose to follow on from the sideskirts

    Well that's the color he picked out.... lol That's the closest I could get to voltage blue easily in photoshop!

    Yea, thats not quite the color but it does help make up my mind. I dont think the black trim is really going to go to well with the voltage blue.....just look at the dc2 and they are all one color no trim. Let me find a pic and i will post up.

    now that i see the color so close to a wagon I am have second thoughts. I want something alot closer to the stock color just darker.

    Yeh I couldn't match the color exactly... That picture took me 5 min in photoshop, I didn't try very hard.

    I agree that closer to the stock colors would look better, I think the voltage blue is a bit much. What about the blue color on the 99-01 Si's? Is that voltage also? I seem to remember it being darker.

    in gt3 on the PS2 the CRX mk2 looks voltage blue, thats why i always remember it

    i guess they were going for celestial blue or something

    I have got to make up my mind very soon. I want a metalic blue similar to the stock wagon blue just darker. i dunno I have to make up my mind very soon as both projects are going to be ready for paint in less than two weeks. :shock:

    the voltage blue was already going to cost me $400-500 for 2 gallons I have to call the suplier and see how much that color is. This is close to the color i painted crystal's integra

    I am at about $1000 bucks for materials to paint the two projects as it is now!!!!!! O mercy :x

    As in a hot rod flat blue? I don't really like the flat colors on hondas. Plus this paint job has got to shine as it is representing our shop Midnight Ambitions. I have looked into the Vivid Blue Pearl (B52OP) and I am waiting to hear the final bill. If is close to 1K total then thats the color I am going to go with but I have a feeling this paint alone is probably 600 a gallon.

    Alright I have made up my mind. Voltage Blue it is. After comparing the wagon and voltage blue integra side by side I think thats a pretty good color. It's got a nice warm feeling to it. I still can not decide if I should keep the rt color pattern or paint everything. So I am going to just paint everything and if I dont like it I will source more side moldings, side skirts, etc.....
