How-to convert rear drums to rear disc, RT4WD (maybe)

I was going through some pages on H-T and came across this guy that made a little how-to convert rear drums on his Crv to Rear Discs. I think this can help people here.

very interesting. if only i have an extra set of RTA i could figure out something especially i've seen some input including this one. so close yet so far. does anybody have extra set of RTA's?
