Question about awd drivetrain

hey guys just curious don't think I have seen this yet on here but will the 85 civic 4wd drivetrain work in my 90 wagon?? Or is it serious modification to be done?? Any advice will be help-ful and the guys want 300 for the running car w/ working awd.

    Trans case/trans upper and rear mount are different. Trans internals are mostly interchangable (input shaft has smaller spline size/count-would need corresponding clutch)

    Rear is also a solid axel obviously.
