Ok so I have a way overdue story about my header, sorry for the long read. When my feature in Honda Tuning came out I was contacted by Bisi from Bisimoto about building a header/a sponsorship for my car. Keep in mind this was in late April. After a few emails between us we were able to work out a deal and he told me to contact his head of PR, his wife Hedi. I emailed her several times in the following weeks with no response.
In mid May I went to the Eibach meet in California and was able to also tour Bisi's facility and speak to him. I appreciate that he took time out of his busy schedule to talk with me, as well as talk about the header and assure me it would be taken care of by my deadline, Import Alliance.
Once home I began emailing Hedi again with the same results. As time was starting to run short, three weeks to be exact, I decided to email Bisi again. One day after my email to him I was finally contacted by one of his staff to get things moving again. I was sent a spec sheet and filled out all the details that pertained to my car, and after several months my header was finally going to be built.
After a two week wait for building and shipping I received my part, exactly one week before we left for Import Alliance. I installed it that evening and shockingly found out it wasn't even close to fitting my car, it was several inches too tall to be able to clear the hood. I sent an email to Bisi that night and he was gracious enough to email me back the next morning. I found that to be attentive and professional since it was a Saturday, however our conversation ended on a bad note when he told me to return it since it did not fit and he was unwilling to alter it to fit. I was extremely disappointed that after many months and many hundreds of dollars later I still had no header for the most important show I go to.
That evening, Saturday around 11 pm Oregon time, I contacted All In Fabrication about building a header for me and it being here in time for the show. He enthusiastically agreed and even went that evening and got a flange for it. He then worked on Sunday to mock a part up for me. After I approved the design he built it for me in one day and shipped it Tuesday, making a special trip just to get it to the shippers as quickly as possible. It was sent to me overnight and I had it in plenty of time for the show.
I know this is a long read and I appreciate the people that have actually taken the time to read it. I want to say that I harbor no hard feelings towards Bisi or his company. His product was extremely well crafted and looked beautiful in my bay. However for as spectacular as his products are his customer service pales in comparison. I was very disappointed in how things were handled by his company. All In Fabrication on the other hand provided me with above and beyond customer service and a product that is every bit as spectacular as Bisimoto, if not more so. I have plugged All In Fabrication in the past and will continue to do so any opportunity I get. In an industry with so many competing companies they have stood out as truly some of the best.
Ouch! I expected more from them! I contacted them with some questions about parts and they never returned my emails, eventually I PMed one of his employees on here and was able to get a response. Such a shame because I really enjoy their company/products. :-/
That was a nice read! How does the All In Fab header look?
I'll answer your question with some pics and a little story haha. I took my car to the first annual Wekfest Chicago and placed 3rd in the Civic class. I'm pretty happy with that due to the huge amount of Civics that were there.
What an amazing car! Its an absolute credit to you MrM3.
Very disappointed to hear about Bisimoto, as you say, in this day and age with so much competition in this sector, what companies can 'Win' on is customer service as well as products and as far as products go, most companies just sell the same variety.
But glad to hear you got sorted.
Again, the car is JAW DROPPING. If only my shuttle was half of what yours is!
Thank you so much. I'm glad people are taking the time to read my lengthy post. I only wish to further educate people with companies. As I said Bisi makes some high quality products, there's no denying that. However I think he has expanded his business beyond his capabilities in regards to his customer service. While his staff is courteous they lack the time to work with a customer on a one on one basis. I never felt like I had the full attention of any of the several staff members I spoke to.
My personal belief is that customer service is just as important as the products you produce. I've never wished to become an advertisement for anyone. I've forged my own way in this hobby and do want to be an advertiser for anyone, however I am more than happy to do so for All In Fabrication. Derek worked tirelessly for not only the header but also for the radiator I purchased from him. He was able to meet every deadline I asked of him and quite frankly that on it's own is quite a feat. After dealing with multiple issues with my old radiator I was pleasantly surprised that his product was able to fulfill my cooling needs. I have nothing but high praises for his products as well as his very professional customer service. I would also like to add that I am not getting anything for these statements. This is purely me speaking freely about my experiences. My only hope is that people will hear my experience and think twice about the products that you buy.
I too ordered some bisi headers for another car at the same time as yours, put my custom specs in to say it's going to be a race car with a FULL SIZED RADIATOR in H2B configuration. Got the headers last week to find that my $400 ARC radiator no longer fits as the headers are in the way by about an inch at least. I could understand if it was a tight squeeze and was about 1/8 inch out, but FFS you spend good money for a custom product to your needs and you dont get it.
I agree that the welds are very nice, and it does look stunning in the engine bay, but now i have to fork out more money to buy another radiator which pisses me right off.
We put it on a friend's Prelude and it didn't fit that either. In an email with Bisi he alluded to my header being for H2B, which my car isn't, so we tried it on another friend's H2B EG and it didn't fit that either. So really I have no idea what it would have fit.

Wow I'm sorry that you had issues as well. It really is a shame.
A long read is no big deal to me when its about customer satisfaction. Thanks for the heads up. its something for folks like us to think about prior to ordering.
Sorry to hear about your headaches man. getting crappy customer service from a company that has products you love is the worst. Been through it many times and its frustrating as hell.
Your end result is amazing though. Ill definalty keep that company in mind shoul I need anyting that nice ever, lol. I love the small shops that thrive on customer satisfaction.

Wow, they really need to get their act together. They have been dicking around with the prelude community for a while with these headers. We asked for dynos on a stock H22 and they kept beating around the bush and never produced anything. I still want to do business with them but they need to do a better job with customer support and communication.
Bisi does have a sick wagon, which i'm sure we all can agree on. Even that can't cover up for his poor customer service... i had higher expectations from him and after reading this it has changed my mind on who i'm going to be doing business with.
MrM3 I'd like to give u my Congrats on 3rd place. Just like everyone else said tht is a shame about bisi's company. What else u have in store for the Ms beautiful wagon
I'm not really sure at the moment. I may be losing my job soon so it all depends on what happens there. Not only is that a loss of finances it's a loss of somewhere to work on the car at. I live in an apartment and have nowhere to work on it at home. If everything works out I have a couple of plans for it. One pretty big one and a few small ones.
Losing job that's not good. I know the feeling about not being able to work on it at home. Mine sits at trackedwagons house right now. Waiting to pull motor out.
As for the BiSi BS just have a look over on d-series.org You cant go anywhere on there without seeing a thread complaining about their customer service and terrible fitment. Happened to one of my friends for his CRX too. Not even close to fitting right and they just told him tough, offered to do nothing. and then Bisi himself popped in the thread and gave some 6 paragraph long speech that ended with no apology or admission of wrong doing. It's really sad imo.
But your wagon is NOT. Congrats on the trophy and keep up the very good work!
Dont get me started on their customer service. OK maybe a little bit...
"These take 4-6 weeks to produce"
Little do they mention that in those 4-6 weeks they have SEMA and a few other shows to go to which aparently delays the order by a further 6 weeks. But they don't tell you this is happening before you order it. My money would have been better spent with a local engineer to get a custom product for my car rather than dealing with excuses.
Then to top it all off, to say sorry for the delay as they accepted it took longer than quoted, they sent me a plate surround and sticker as "Extra goodies" to make me feel better. Excuse the french but fuck, why would I give them free advertising to a company that I'm not happy with.
Ok I'll stop now.
Continue with your awesome shuttle please. Can you post one with a good looking woman in front Good luck with the job, im sure you could get some intermediate job like fast food to pay your way until a better job pops up... maybe?
It's astonishing that so many people have had issues with this company. Keep the stories coming if you have them.
As far as the job is concerned, shit happens. I'll figure something out. It just kinda sucks since I've been here 11 years and work with two of my best friends. But anyway enough of the emo shit, he's another pic.
off topic question about your headlights. Do they illuminate better or even the same as the stockers? I have a set of those but havent put them in yet. My DA one piece lights didnt work as good as the stockers did (looked a billion times better though) so ive been hesitant about installing them on my dd.

Your a standup guy, bisi just dropped the ball.
Glad you got your stuff done in time.
It was good to meet you at SEMA. It's all work and no play for me.
Congrats!
Car looks amazing though man, congrats on 3rd place at such a big show.
