clutch adjustment

im having some issues with adjusting the clutch cable... the way i have it set its a nice pedal feel but the clutch is being released super late. when i loosen it up though the pedal feels all sloppy... help please./..

    Maybe the problem is from the clutch pedal pivot... It could be cracked. I found on the board that is a common problem on the Shutlle... I changed mine.
    Your clutch pedal makes noise ?

    Thin clutch disc? Time for a new one, is my bet. But if you dont mind the late engagement, you can get away with it, by adjusting the cable like you have.

    doesnt seem to be making any noise.... but ill check it out...

    i just got a new one when i did my swap... could it of been a wrong one???

    put it in a higher gear 4th/5th and see if the clutch still holds. That'll tell you if the clutch is good or bad (right or wrong).

    Perhaps wrong pressure plate/clutch?
