Your question is a little confusing to me.

Yes, the hub/spline on wagons is the same as other 4th gen. Civics. In general, any swap parts will interchange between hatch, sedan, crx, wagon. So, if you get axles to put that swap in an"EF", then yes they will work.

But...I also have a '91 sedan with a B16, and I seem to remember the guy who did the swap telling me something was different about the intermediate shaft. Like he had to get an LS halfshaft to run LS axles because he cuoldn't find the B16 axles? I'm not real clear on that, maybe this'll jog someone else's memory.

On my car with a B18 swap, I used the axles from my '92 Integra donor car.

You DON'T want to order D series axles for the civic with a B series swap. The outer hubs on almost all civics are the same, it's the side that goes into the tranny that are different. And also, I believe all the B series axles have an intermediate shaft which means that both B series axles are the same length - no longer axle on the left side. You'll want to order axles for a 90-93 teg. With the axles, it's the tranny that matters - B series trannys use different axles than D series.

As I said early most honda/acura outer hubs are the same - there are a couple exceptions - I believe the 88-91 CRX HF has different outer hubs - that's the only one I can think of that is different off the top of my head right now.

There are also two different styles of trannys on the B series. The cable trannys have different intermediate shafts and different sized output shaft seals than the Hydro B series trannys. Just make sure you match up the right intermediate shaft and axles to the right tranny. Rule of thumb - 90-93 Integra = Cable tranny, axles and intermediate shaft - 94+ integra = hydro tranny, axles and intermediate shaft.

Not to muddy the water, but I think what the OP was asking:

Will the axles that Hasport sells for a Bswap into an "EF" fit a wagon as well? (yes)
