[HELP] Cracked Clutch pedal pivot, OEM part question.

I pulled the engine out of the engine bay, changed the clutch, and replace it.
Before I did that, everything was OK, and the engine start perfectly.
I double check every wires and plugs, everythings look OK.
I turn the key, the "check engine" light on the dash doesn't light. The main relay does'nt make noise and I no noise from the fuel pump...
The starter works, but I checked the sparckplugs: no sparck... The engine doesn't start.
I checked every plugs, now it starts... But I've got 2 problems
-I can't go in any gear when the engine runs, it's like the clutch is always engage.
No problem when the engine does'nt run, all the gears are smooth.
I try to adjust the cable... No change.
Everything is brand new : Clutch, mecanism and bearing.
-The engine starts, iddle is perfect. When I push the throttle about 3000rpm the engine doesn't run normaly, and can't rev more than 3000 rpm.
The check engine light blinks, and the main relay makes some noises.
It's like there is not enough gazoline... (I changed the filter).
I stop push the throttle pedal, iddle is normal.
I don't know what to do...Please, ideas anyone ?
Thanks !

Concerning the clutch: did you buyt he correct release bearing? If you bought a clutch kit from one of the ebay sellers, and your car is RT4WD, chances are you do not have the correct bearing. The RT4WD has a different bearing than the rest of the FWD Civics/CRXs. Also, is there any possibility that you installed the clutch disc backwards?
The ground wire wasn't screw to the therlostat housing... Stupid me !! It was hidden by all the stuff (hoses, wires).
Now it starts perfectly, iddle perfectly.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!
But, I've still got my clutch problem.
All the parts were bought at a local dealer specialised in Japanese vehicules.
We choose all the parts (Clutch mechanism, clutch and beraing) using the engine number.
Before I bolted everythings, I checked with the old parts. Everythings were OK.
I tried the clutch disc on the gear box, no problem.
The disc is in the correct position because backward: the springs (located on the disc) touch the flywheel.
I put the 2 bearings (old and brandnew) side to side, they were the same.
Anyway, the clucth just doesn't release, the release shaft can move. I disconected the clutch cable and move the shaft with my hand... It moves.
I don't know... I just don't want to pull off the trany again...
A head of a bolt from the trany is on the way of the end of the clutch cable... Ouch !
The clutch shaft must have been a little twisted to cause that.
But it's OK now !!
I' want to fix that, I read a lot on the board about this failure, but please could you tell me if it's this part (pedals assy) that I have to order ?
I'm not sure and the part is a little expensive, so please could you confirm ?
Thanks !!
I don't know using a welder...
I would recommend just taking the pedal assembly out (not fun at all, get ready for bloody knuckles) and bring it to any shop with a welder or muffler shop and they should be able to sort it out for you in a matter of minutes. Don't order a new one, waste of money, assuming you can even find a new one. Pedal Assembly is wagon specific.
