Workshop manual for a 1987 rt4wd

Hi, as the informations for the gen III civic 4wd are enough hard to find, I think about buying a workshop manual. It seems like haynes is available but it says it is for all gen III models, will it really cover the 4wd part? I don't even know what are the good oil grades for motor, tranny, diff etc, Honda can't find it out. So do you think it will be helpful? If you have any other name to suggest, or pdf version, one for sale, let met know.
