Rusted suspension/brakes. What will fit from other models?

Well after this thing (91 RT) has survived it's life in New England, and sitting for several years, the suspension and brakes are rusted as heck. I'm thinking about taking them off and just sand blasting, painting and reinstalling. The downside is that bushings are also shot.

So... if I can score a deal on some better shape hardware that will work, I'd rather go that route. My buddy has a 91 Civic DX Hatchback low miles that he'd hook me up with the suspension, brakes from. I'm curious what would fit and what wouldn't?

Knuckles?
Calipers?
Upper control arms?
Lower control arms?
Rear drums?

I looked through the FAQs, and unless I missed it didn't see anything listing what would work from other models. Anyone have this info handy?
