(URGENT) Oxbeards running list of engine problems (NO FUEL)

i had just gotten off the highway yesterday, after i pulled away from the red light the car just died and now it cranks but doesnt start. what are some things this could be and how can i diagnose it?

I know this seems kinda dumb to ask, but I had an ecu go out on eg and it was killing my fuel pump only.
