intake opinions

my whole goal was to fit this for a recent local honda meet. It sounds good and required a bit of work to fit in there.
A/c removed and main engine harness moved along with mild tuck and a dose of anti power steering which wasnt some thing i had to do but it looks cleaner with out. Any way what do we think yay! or nay on the carbon eg intake. ignore the ugly valve cover and dirt in general.

I'm sure with a nice header and exhaust, and a cam you'd get a rather decent increase. If anything, response would benefit.

id make sure the filter was in a box or something, otherwise not much point

Hmmm ... good to know those fit, almost looks like it should be there. I had thought about getting one, putting the filter in a sealed box, and running an external snorkel to it.

    More like a well-thought precaution ...

... I've been known to put a car or three into a lake.
