Yet another '90 RT

here are the cliffnotes on how i got this car...

got it off ebay.
flew to baltimore from chicago last saturday to pick up and drive back.
car died 15 miles after picking it up.
got car towed back just in time to get a rental car for memorial day weekend.
went on a whirlwind tour of a few of the D.C. area's historical tourist attractions.
tuesday morning got a call that the rotor was loose in the distributer, and the screw holding it in place had to be tightened down.
picked car up, and drove 12 straight hours home without a hitch.
she's a bute :)

    thanks for laying off everyone! it ended up at 2100, so it was a little cheaper than the buy it now...
    but i made up for it. had to fly out there, and got the timing belt/water pump done by a honda dealer before i left for home... oh well, the thing runs like a top, and hopefully for a good while longer. now i just have to get the a/c fixed so i can stay 8)

    you can see that the left rear quarter has been repainted, looks like bondo there to me, cancer. it's clean now that's for sure, we'll see in a year. still a good find.

    yeah, the tires are virtually new...

    as far as the rust situation. like i said, hardly any. a few spots here and there, but nothing major whatsoever. and i'm pretty sure the rear quarter is oem. the pinstriping matches up to the oldness of the rest of the panels... i think it looks like that in the light i took the picture in.

    136k miles... just a baby :)

    for a wagon in good condition, its a decent price. mine had no rust, no problems with 86K on it...we paid a total of $2400 for it.

    yeah... as far as the price goes, new tires, and a pretty nice stereo helped out with my rationalization.
    anyway, i'm not sure what else i could have bought for 2100 that is a small wagon, awd, and comes with honda reliabliity...
