Bam,
You had me at the sizing the boat up picture...
That would look insane with the wagon towing it down the road.
I think the gold looked fine, but it sure would look cool if ya had some flare!
gotta agree the Boat is like a semi behind Goldie & SUPER LOW is there for a reason ...!!!!!!
I vote to keep the gold lowers and just bedline the arches and accessories with liner!
Bet it will look good either way, however!
Leave the front as it is & just the corner of the rear door since its part of the arch ( i wouldn't paint the lower door or even the front fender below the molding .... Goldie is a Beauty ... a Real Georgia Peach :peach:...)
He said he is getting bad gas mileage. I see why, you cant not help stick your foot in it.
He totally missed a wagon that clearly was not focusing on the road ahead, four heads turned almost 180 round to see the wagon hauling the mail the other way.
i dont, that is why I was asking. So many places have been closed down and access restricted. Rope mill road right out of woodstock and the emerson exit used to be Awesome! I always wondered about the powerline area you can see when merging on 75N from marietta ramp right before 575N starts.
Anyway, when you get bored with fools gold...heres some future inspiration, but would challenge you to improve on the design and be able to eliminate the duct tape connecting straps:
That powerline you see is behind The Falls at Bells Ferry apartments. Fun on a bike but inaccessible by car. Not many pieces of dirt in Marietta I haven't rambled.
My boat's at Emerson exit. Again, there's miles of moto or bicycle trails, but hard to access with this thing.
That is nuts, I honestly am completely blown away by the amount of progress in such a short time. Killer welding skills and some crazy innovations equals one bad mother, I can dig it.
You've taken your civic on more trails than I've taken my montero on... that is nuts and looks more fun.
Awesome that you have access to the number of trails there.
Off topic....I dunno if my pm's are working, but I've sent you a few and I'm thinking they may not have reached their target.
If not, I can forward my email to continue our discuss there...
Back on topic... sorry....
Oh, pulling that boat out of the slip... EPIC!!!

Too bad they dont do the spectator races at Dixie anymore! Fans would love it to see that thing out on the track!
It was lots of fun, but meant I had to wash it yet again...
Had a productive day at bamtech, prepping for IA next weekend.
I removed the rear seats and washed them along with the cargo carpet.
vacuuumed again with all of the seats out.
re-skinned the driver's seat from a good passenger one
Cleaned and applied protectant to all of the interior plastics
cleaned the glass.
Wired the driving lights
Added a killswitch
Replaced the left front fender and cut it for tire clearance.
WOTM for sure, you have my vote. Heck I'll double back around in line, cheat and vote again. This thing is amazing. I show picture of it on my phone to all of my friends lol.
Wow!~ That's awesome. Getting some rock-hopping clearance is just what the ol' wagon needs. Seriously practical for people who drive mostly not on maintained roads. Nice!!!
Comments
Holy batman.
I told Bam after IA, we are taking my camera gear out.
I swear I was seeing sky on one trail and no dirt.
i agree that Goldie needs a serious camera shot..... with PRO GEAR .......!!!!!

I agree with Rev for once ..... HeLLacLean

I'm scouting for places to play, speak up if you know of trails nearby!

anytime I've seen them start cutting dirt, then a road suddenly appears.
Those were the days... I remember back in the mid-eighties there was a first-gen Civic that won all the time.
I don't think this bucket has the cornering ability for that, though. I'd rather take the LS swapped 2wd one.
you will have it fixed in plenty of time to still make an appearance ..!!!
i agree with Gr33k... gotta see Goldie ...
Bam.....
Goldie is more like the 1 1/4 car.....!!!
have you had that monster weighed yet..???
My Dad and I went exploring along Pumpkinvine Creek yesterday. Good times.
