stop solenoid installed to prevent siphoning. This is the way he had it, I think. I would like to spray before the throttle plate, but don't have a place to put the nozzle yet.
Of course, on this holiday weekend, it's not ALL work...
We've been spending the nights on the boat, partying on the dock. Good times.
Green is water/meth status. Comes on when system engages, and increases in intensity (brightness?) as flow increases. Also flashes codes if there's a fault.
Red is a warning lamp I added. There's an output from the AEM controller that activates if there's a fault with the system. We're using that to trigger a de-rated map for non-water/meth tune, will also turn on the red LED to let me know.
Not a whole lot of photo-worthy progress today, but accomplished a good bit. Washed and installed a bunch of interior plastics, removed and washed passenger seat. Installed the cover plates for fuel gauge and pump. Installed and adjusted e-brake cables. Dad vacuumed the carpet.
And then helped me install the hood. We were concerned about clearing the DA radiator. The radiator cap just baaaarely touches, a little adjustment is in order
...and then I finally got up the nerve to cut a fender. It wasn't all that bad!
Left a little margin to fold a lip with, ended up with this

How much boost are you running. I'm running 10 in mine.
it's really cool seeing this degree of potential realized, step by step.
thanks for documenting this build.
