What bull bar / light bar works? Measurements?

So I'm definitely set on getting a bull bar. Anyone have tips/pics on where to source one? There are a ton of bull bars on eBay, but what are the measurements? If anyone could take some basic numbers with a tape measure and protractor that would be awesome. Or is there some place on the forum that has this gem of info already? Helps appreciated!

  • Well i think just about any one can be made to work. As I said before mine was from a Beagle and was not a bolt on affair from the bottom. Also if your car is lowered the bullbar becomes a scraping issue. Mine has caught a few things and the car was required to be raised to get into one of my garages. They almost failed my car in inspection because of how low it was sitting on the car.

Wagodizzle had one from a kia sportage and another member (goelette) fitted a suzuki vitara (suzuki sidekick in the US) on his and it was a full face guard.

Good stuff. I'm wondering if you might have measurements for the bar that you have?
  • No measurements but if you reference the bar on my car from the lights and what not you can get a good idea of what they are. I still think it is easier to fit one from another car. I would consider selling my second one if I wasn't trying to find another wagon to build.
