MPFI SWAP PROBLEM!!

So My buddy did an mpfi swap on my wagon!! My wago is Automatic.. we did change the ECU it was from a EX civic (automatic) ... my problem is that its shifting from 1st gear to 4th gear.. Any thoughts!!

(besides telling me to swap to a manual tranny)
(i like crusin in the wago.. so the auto rocks for that..)

    its obviously and electrical problem.
    might be a faulty ECU..?

    did you ever have and problems with the tranny before?

    definately a wiring issue. grab a manual and start tracing.

    Maybe the EX uses a separate ECU (TCM) for the tranny?

    I got it to work guyz.. thanks for all your imput.. i will explain how i did it later but it was alot of fab work..
    thanks for that link.. i going to really read it to see if i had to do all that or there was an easier way..

    but the wago is running strong!!!.. again thanx guyz.. i will post pix later..

    now off to the ef vs. da meet in livermore,ca this weekend!!
