alright even though nobody pays attention to this anymore lol i have another update
my girlfriends dad who used to be a mechanic took a look at the wagon today and thought to take the valve cover off and try to start it up...well it turns out that when the timing belt turns, its not turning the cams, which is why the dizzy rotor wasnt spinning getting spark or something like that...so i dunno how that happened or what did it but yea...it sucks.

My guess would be lack of oil getting to head has caused the camshaft to snap.

Or you've cleaned some teeth off the inside of the timing belt, so the belt is just slipping over the cam gear without turning the cam.

no the timing belt is definitely spinning the cam gear. im guessing its just what Haydz said, no oil so the camshaft broke. so i guess i need a new head, and possibly alternator...still havent checked that yet :(
