Dohc Zc in Rt4wd?

im thinking about swapping out my a6 for a Dohc zc to get a lil more power an i can pick one up for fairly cheap.

Ive been hearing this is a direct bolt in swap?

So would all i need is the long block an ecu?
and help would be great
