Fun Question: Say you had $400 dollars to spend on your wagon and you're looking
at improving performance on your stock wago; what would/could you buy??????

im thinking skunk 2 intake mani and AEM air intake......

comments/ideas???

    If you remove/replace it yourself, $400 of head work would go a long ways.

    $400 is about £280, so doesnt buy a lot, but I could get a custom manifold back exhaust, or set of used coilovers, and a replacement air filter

    If you cant get more air out, theres no reason to let more in.

    I would spend that cash on a random decent SS header and take it to City and have them fab it around the rear outputshaft and then fab up an exhaust from there. Then when you do get the manifold and intake, youll actually be able to notice a seat of the pants difference.

    Always start with the basics...intake/header/exhaust.

    i meant get a filter to compliment the exhaust/manifold
    like i said, $400 doesnt buy a lot in the UK

    Megan are OK. a lot of CRX owners use the cheaper manifolds you can get on ebay, and as Megan is an actually company, they should have some kind of guarantee - im talking about quality here.

    what about our new member, who works at 12tune.com? they do some nice headers, SRS

    Personally, I'd put $400 toward a manual swap since mine's an automatic. :lol:

    That header looks pretty nice. I like how it has an O2 bung just before the collector, even though it has one on teh #4 runner. Just keep in mind that youll have to hack that thing up a bit to get it to work with the rear output shaft. Seth at City can do that for you Bill, in fact we just totally redid my header to help with some ground clearance and it helped a lot. Im a very happy customer.
