Pretty much the only drifting Ive done has been in the snow, and a little on dirt roads. Im not very good at it, so I dont play much on the dirt roads mostly cause of severe consiquences. Fun stuff, but the car was a little underpowered for that sport on dry pavement.

Not sure if these wagons are the right car for serious drifting, but more power to ya. Id love to see it go down in a wagon. So keep us posted if you get somewhere with it.

On another note, my boss has been doing a little research on the Subarus and found that you can weld the center diff up and pull the front axles and basically make a drift car that way. Ive also heard that people are doing the same thing with Integras by installing the CRV tranny and welding the center diff up. Have yet to actually see a Teg with these mods, but rumor has it theres a bunch of people doing this. Those kind of rumors make me think that if when I get my wagon done I can get some beefy axles in the back and mabie try those rumors out ;)
  • i use one of my wagons for off road and she gets through most of the trails by me just fine. the dirt and snow is alot nicer to the car. i have a few vid clips ill post soon. as for the street i had a eg hatch that i would use the e-brake to make a drift. on a rt you can still use the e-brake but you have to push in the clutch. it also beats the shit out of everything. i have noises i cant find without driving hard. i just found a dirt road that is flat and atleast 3 lanes wide. we are going to get vid of our runs.

since i have bin a member i have read things that say the rear and trans is strong but not realy. i dont now if i would trust something that was not ment to be on all the time. i may weld up the rear diff so when the front startes to understeer in a turn the rear may get enough power to throw out. i dont know yet havent done it yet. good luck with what you do.

is your wagon 2wd or 4wd if your ff you have to redo your ebrake and strart with corner ebrake sliding then try shifting out of the slide thats how i started it made it easy when i auto X
  • :? L 8) 8) K for a Japanese guy that drifts a EF(I think HB).There actaully a video of this drifter out there.I've not seen this vdo.He was featured in 1 of the tuner mags a while back.I don't remember the details, but his EF wasn't as "specially" modded or as powerful(as you would think) either so it maybe not that hard to turn your Wgn in2 a drifter. It was definitely FWD(no rear drive). He's probably the best FWD Drifters in JPN.
Good Luck on the search. 8)

 Oh that was ME.The Wagon would make a better drifter(I think) 'cuz of the better rear weight bias.I notice my wgn oversteers more than my old EF HB.
