Here is my lame attempt. It took a few hours of grinding all the casting marks off and grinding off some of the lettering. It is all nice and smooth now. Got some powder coat with some metal flake in it.

i think its columbia coatings that sells it or you can make your own bith borax and water or something.
I want to see some powder striping.
I just ordered eastwood companies new dual voltage powder gun to see if i can do wheels and multiple layer effects without heating them up too much first. the covers below are multiple layers of powders the color is non metallic with a midnight sparkle clear over it
First victim will be the wagon cover.
