So Tim, Bird, Cuz, Scott, Sabo and myself went to ABQ this weekend for RSW's Drift-Cross event (
Click for info). It was a pretty neat little event, everyone had fun and it was nice to see some enthusiasts and their cars that we don't see everyday here in Cruces. I think there was a good turnout, but I'm not from the area, so I don't know how many heads usually turn up out there.
Tim took first in his class, along with fastest time of the day (even beating out 3 shifter karts) and Kent took third in his. Bird? Well, Bird had a rough day. He popped his headgasket pretty early on, so his car wasn't around to compete.
