I read through that with some interest, as I spent this evening trying to swap DA rear spindles onto wagon trailing arms. Didn't work.
I see several places where a well-timed "except wagons" is in order
Yeah I talked to the guy that posted that info and told him about the "differences" of the wagon rear... he told me to snap pics and send them to him and he might be able to figure something out. The guy sent me a pic of his current setup on his 96+ Sedan Dx(not sure what year) using brand new 4 piston Porsche brakes, rotor must have been at least 13" or something. I think he's from Atlanta or something...
I was gonna add it doesnt help with our rear disc dilemma Hopefully we can get the brackets made up that will bolt the calipers to the stock drum plate mounting location on the trailing arms.

Wonder where in Atlanta? hmmmm.
I bolted the DA spindle on the wagon RTA, but there's no room for the caliper. The wagon trailing arm is just bigger, I guess to allow room for a drive axle? Are RT4WD arms the same as 2wd ones? Nah, can't be.

Hmmm I don't even know if 2wd and 4wd RTA's are the same, I wouldn't see why not on the length but the hub, I guess you would call it, where the spindle is mounted is probably different. I would have to see pictures of a 2wd cause I don't remember what they look like, then I would ahve to tear down my rear suspension to know what the 4wd look like I haven't spent much time on the back end of my car.

I bought a set of rear hubs for my EF sedan from that guy. He knows everything that is brakes on Honda vehicles. In his trunk were at least 6 different rotors (S2000, Legend, RL, integra, etc..) as well as 2 RL calipers, S2000 calipers, ITR calipers, 350Z calipers!
Over here with use the disc from the Rover ZS180 which is a Euro only car.
Because it's the same size as the ITR disc at 282mm but it's factory drilled for 4x100.
Rover and Honda colaborated for a bit. Honda got the bum deal; AKA the Honda Concerto.

I wish I could find his number...
i'm sure most of you already know, but "he" is on HCW now.
Want me to post all that stuff up here? I may have more stuff I haven't posted. Yeah thats me from Atlanta, that was a busy day with all those calipers. I have my milling machine up and running, so front brake upgrades are now go, I can start making them again, and the RL 4 piston setup will be available in a few weeks I hope.

Make sure you buy the Type II (GS) calipers they are the dual piston ones
