Power Steering in a B Swap?

Anyone know if it necessary to remove the power steering when you do a B swap in a wagon? I hate to lose my power steering because it's so much better with than without. Most of the photos I saw of B swaps had them removed..I think I only saw 1 or 2 that still had it in there.

my hatchie I just sold had no power steering and it was a hassle to drive it around when I had to make quick illegal u-turns.

I already lift plenty of weights at the gym..I don't want to have to get a workout in my car.

Its not gonna fit in my setup. Not w/o a lot of work that I dont wanna do. I was told I could get a smaller ps pump, but thats a bunch fab stuff on top of what Im allready doing. So Im not interested right now.

If I decide I wanna go that route, Ill kepp ya posted.

Will a b-series pump not physically fit? Like will it hit the frame or something?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you probably dont need a different pump, more like a different bracket/tensioner setup to move it out of the way of the front upper frame.

That and a modified headlight. Where theres a will theres a way, but not with the setup Ive got. Theres just not enough room on my particular car for a Honda pump, no matter what bracketry I use. The gap between the headlight bucket just isnt big enough. Your setup could be different though.
