different rear diff and posi

i had brought up a thread a while back about making the rt4wd full 4wd system and this idea just came to me, not make it constant 4wd but use a different rear end from another car with a posi in so when the rt4wd engages it will send power to bothe whells but not a constant 4wd setup.

    unless its some strange diff you could just weld the rear ......
    i have wondered about removeing the front axles well pluging them and the lock the center diff and just making it rear wheel ....... drift wagon ???????

    Ive thought the same thing. I know that it wont work, but it would be cool as hell though!

    Ive thought the same thing. I know that it wont work, but it would be cool as hell though!
    i dont see why it souldnt i know they do that to integras and with CRV trannies and put subaru rear ends in them for strength but i think you can use crv stuff throughout ....

    well hahah i dont have proof but i saw it on some drift vids or something and my friends confirmed this at sema i think its mildy here say but its been done ill look into it
    but im it seems you take a crv trans and whip up a drift teg ...

    :evil: One problem.You have 2 use a JDM Honda 4WD rear diff.It's totally different than the usdm diff.
