removing brake line, for master cylinder switchout

I've about got the time to do my integra knuckle, abs master, and booster upgrade. I've got everything ready to just drop in. The only thing that doesn't fit when using the abs master is one of the brake line fittings. The line closer to the rear of the car has a larger nut (that goes into the master cylinder).
What I need to do is take that line out, and take it to a local shop to get the end double flared after putting the correct nut on. I've gotten feedback that a double flare is not possible with one of the cheaper brake line flairing kits. I've seen that some people have just done a single flare and had no problems.
This is my brakes... I"m willing to do the extra work to make sure it's proper!
I tried to chase the lines down to see where I can disconnect the other end. There's what looks like a cardboardish firewall piece that hides the lines.
So... my question is. Where is the other end of that brake line? And does it snake back and forth several times, making it hard to remove?
