A few years back, after needing a TPS to finish a customers car and not having one, a buddy and I decided that having a couple extras around wouldn't be a bad idea. Except you can't buy just a TPS from Honda...they want to sell you a whole throttle body. So we hit the nearest pick and pull.
Every fuel injected Honda/Acura has a TPS. And I would say 90% of the vehicles from roughly the same time frame are compatible. Some plugs are oriented 90 degrees different from the stock but they still work. The other 10% have a mirror image bolt pattern and this obviously won't bolt to the manifold.
Most TPS are held on with rivets. We used a cordless dremel with a cutting wheel...sliced a notch in the head and removed with a flathead screwdriver. So after about an hour, we had a bag full of TPS sensors. They charged us something like $4 each.

Now IACV, or EACV as they were being called for the 88-91 models, are a little more model specific. The D16a6 EACV part number is 36130-PM6-A01 and A02. Don't ask me what the difference is...probably just manufacturer/supplier.
