Newbie game plan needed

what up guys im getting ready for a Del sol D16z6 si. swap into my soon to optain wagon, ive never own a wagon, but the del ive had for 3yrs.. its my DD, just wondering will this motor make a perfomence boost in the wagon? or will it feel slower then the del sol, also got about $2,000 or so to spend on the motor in my building budget now i already got headers, intake and 2-1/2" exhaust but thats as far as it goes, i was wondering what combo of goodies should i go with to give me desent Hp, not looking for a 8,000hp 300mph wagon, just a simple setup that i could maintain ezly and still have fun driving, any helps better then non so thanx :) oh!! P.S... also will the wagon being rt4wd help me or hurt me in hp gains???

    The D16Z6 will be a step in the right direction for sure, either that or ZC are pretty much the only two i would suggest for you with your limited knowledge.

    I noticed you said that the RT4WD you are getting has no transmission - good luck finding one! Keep checking the parts forum, just remember to read the rules. ;)
