Comments
Cable:
Clutch fork that actuates the clutch is pulled on by a clutch cable that routes through the engine bay, through the firewall, and hooks up to the clutch pedal assembly.
All 88-91 Civics and 90-93 Integras are cable clutch
Hydraulic/Hydro:
Clutch fork that actuates clutch is pushed in with a hydraulic system that includes a clutch master cylinder at the clutch pedal, hard lines that snake through the engine bay, and ending with a slave cylinder that actually pushes the clutch fork inward to work the clutch.
92-up Civics and 94-up Integras all have this system.
Neither of these have anything to do with whether or not a Skunk2 shifter will fit your wagon.
What does make a difference is how the SHIFTER itself is actuated.
2WD wagons use the rod style shifter that a Skunk2 shifter replacs to reduce the throw.
4WD wagons use cables for the sfter mechanism just like Preludes and Accords, so the Skunk2 shifter doesn't work for those. DC Sports and a few other vendors used to make short shift adapters for cable shifter mechanisms.
