Q: will a D16y7 head bolt on to a D15B2 block and will it run the DuelPoint?

2. yes you can run dpfi just fine (your dizzy even fits on y7 head)
don't forget to take the oil reducer OUT of the deck of your d15b, it would starve the y7 head.
your gonna have to figure out which timing belt you need... it will be the same belt used for any d15 mini-me as the y7 head is same height as z6 or y8.
other than that, plug and play. You might want to run premium in it from then on as this will effectively raise your compression ratio a bit
should turn out about 10.2:1 - 10.5:1 depending on the headgasket you use. the later model (1992+ d16xx) will give you slightly higher compression than the standard 88-91 d15/16. I reccomend the newer style regardless, they are just a better design
