Thanks. Thats gonna come in handy.
  • So there is enough space for the metal bracket. Good to know. Sometimes they are too rusted to use over here.

Good info! Is this a sticky yet?

Nah no stickys anymore just add it to the Quicklinks thread at the top of the sub-forum.
  • imho that construction is also designed to reduce vibration
that could damage wires and the metal filament of lightbulbs

when i installed mine i had to cut out a piece of my bumper support, because with it in place the rear fog would pop out a good 1.5 inches.

but i had SH3 (Hatchback fogs) on mine.

I don't mean to bump an old thread but I wanted to know if anyone got the position measurements for the fogs, or do most people just eyeball the position? Install doesn't seem hard I just want to make sure the position of the fogs are as close to OEM as possible. Any information or links to resources is greatly appreciated!

there should be outlines on the inside of your bumper on where to cut... page 2 some one actuall took a picture, just a little bit of reading, not even reading just looking at the picture... come on!

  • Through trouble shooting I answered my own question.. I had a crx harness on my hatchback fogs, the red and blue wire went to the fog light switch. The switch works perfect otherwise. Thanks for the write up evol911
