got my wagon registered and insured yesterday so today i drove it to work. then when i got home i fixed the exhaust leak caused by me not putting the donut washer thing that goes between the header and exhaust
Somebody told me it may have a busted timing belt, so I bought a perfect singlecam ZC for $50 Also decided to sell my mustang to fund some work on my wagon.
Geez, that didn't take long. I'm turning into a wagon fanatic already.
Its wasn't today but yesterday.I went to dmv and got a temp movement permit.i paid any back fees that only came out to $176.which I thought was good for the car has been sitting for a year.now I need to change my axle.
Well on my way to school my wife calls me to tell me the battery is dead and it wont start. So i skip skool and go home to later find out the battery just took a crap. Then she told me she WILL not drive it any more soooooo........
Disassembled (well, actually it exploded) the turn-signal/headlamp switch in my 91RT. Cleaned contacts and reassembled. It actually works, didn't lose any little pieces!
Fixed the RH rear turn signal - changed the bulb, ground the rust off the socket, put spares into the little holder dealies on the back of the access panel.
Finnally getting it prepped for the swap. Dropped the old shift linkage and pulled the head and intake mani. Gotta do it piece by piece cuz I have no cherry picker. Tomorrow the block and tranny come out and than PRESSURE WASH the engine bay. Wagons gonna look/run so fresh once it's done.
