that lip looks like its from a 5th gen accord (1995-1996 version).
IMO one of the best looking lips on a wagon bumper.

    looking good!

that accord lip?is the front or rear?
  • wagodizzlewagodizzle Council Member and EDM expert
    front.
  • THanks guys and gals! I had another pic, but my boy of course posed and looks awesome so I had to post it!

Lip is an OEM honda Accord front lip. All that is needed is a heatgun and dremel, and a bunch of 1" by 1/4 bolts and lockwashers and nuts. I got the idea off one of the wagons with that lip. I have another one and will be doing the same treatment to my GsR...when the engine gets out of the machine shop.

    Thanks for the comments!

are those amber lights off a 88-89 model front bumper? i was wondering if they were the same. it looks like your wagon is a 90-91 model.
  • Installed Omni coilovers in the rear. Much stiffer and better ride than the GC. Extended top hats are next.
  • Replaced my tie-rod ends this morning (4-18-10)
  • I washed it and spent some time with Back to Black on interior pieces, bumpers and exterior trim..also put on a set of Chrome Beauty rings!

Gave her an oil change, cleaned the injectors...then went for a cruise for a lil bit. 8)

    Runnin' like a champ.
  • Took her to work and plugged her in for Earth Day.

I've gotta replace some wires that have corroded. They're building up resistance and making lots of heat.

Came out nice. Now i just gotta clean my bay to match lol! Been driving the shit outta my wagon lately.
  • Used Mothers back to black on my trim. Seems to work pretty well. Also tinkered with the distributor timing.
  • Finished a new lip for the wagon tonight. Doesn't fit perfectly (no heat gun) but I think it looks ok. It's an airdam off a Chevy S-10 pickup. Side note, these airdams are not wide enough for the wagon bumper, so I had to get 2 of them and section it. And yes, those are rivots.

    Wagonist,

The idea behind your lip is awesome, and looks good... I think with the right tools and equipment this could be an awesome lip. Maybe trying the "Home Depot" lip would look good on these wagons as well... im gonna try it once i get mine!
