cleaned the entire interior. everything was covered with mold. the car was outside for a while, the driver side window leaks and some water got in and soaked the floor. i didn't realize it and moved the wagon in the garage. next thing i know there's mold everywhere. really sucked.
  • i puled out the d15z1 in preperation for the d16a6/y8. pulling a motor out without a cherry picker SUCKS!!!

I put a new stereo in it and 4 new speakers, also fully cleaned the rear brake lights.
  • Pulled the stock stereo out.
Removed the driver stock speaker and test fitted the Focal mid/bass driver.
Sketched out the ally raised to move the door card for clearance.

Hatched a mad plan to swap in JDM digital heater control from a Prelude.
Lots to do to figure it out. Super sweet if it'll work.

Put on a new 15/16" master cylinder (way better braking now), built the custom hitch and did the trailer wiring. Can't wait to test it out.

Bought my car a civic half size radiator and fan (my brain can't stand having my headers with no heat shield 1" from the back of my radiator), and a flowmaster exhaust for a generic EF. The curvy part of the pipe is definitely not the right angle/length for the wagon, but its no big deal. I like this exhaust a lot, it's painted black, so it looks pretty stock. It did come with a huge 4" tip which I will be immediately replacing with a dual tip to make it look sort of like a Si stock exhaust. Another good thing about this exhaust is that it comes with all of the piping to the exhaust tip from the muffler welded and with the stock hanger placement, but on the other side of the muffler the pipes are separate and come with a clamp. I think this will be pretty sweet because I should be able to just cut this curvy pipe up (it's a good bit too long) and weld it back together to make the exhaust work for the wagon. I'll let you guys and gals know how it turns out. Plus I got it for $186 shipped from performance peddler.

Spent at least $6 at the car wash getting rid of all the sand from the beach. Plan on putting a newer cd player in it this afternoon.

Color in the picture isn't quite right. In person they are somewhere in between gunmetal grey and a dark bronze.

And, bought a beagle spoiler, sidemarkers and the rear cargo interior :D

    Sweet deal, got any pics?

I'll have to check that place out. If it's the one I'm thinking of I haven't been there in years, it's off 167 on the 277th street exit right?
