Integra Type R Coilovers

Would Integra Type R full coilovers work good on a wagon?

I realize that they would make the wagon ride higher, but if I purchased some coilovers that are adjustable shock length (stroke/ride height) would I be able to still lower the wagon significantly or would I be better off buying the koni yellow gc set up?

I know if I did the itr coilovers I would need 92+ civic shock forks and itr rear lca's if my wagon is post 1988.

Thanks in Advance

Adrian

i think they will but you have to stay year specific. if it'll fit on a regular year civic of the same year as your wagon, then it'll fit (i think), someone second this.

Are they USDM Type R or JDM?

USDM are fork mount but JDM are eye mount.

The JDM ones will fit but you need to grind a bit off the eye as it is slightly to wide, not sure about the front

I thought all itr were eye mount. I have some jdm itr rear lcas from my integra days so that won't be a problem. But the question at hand is will they lower the car enough, or even at the lowest setting will the car still be high.

Maybe its just USDM integra's that are Fork mount then?

I know that all JDM integra's are Eye, but USDM are fork?

I did search I read all the links I even searched on other boards but no one talks about itr full coilovers that are shock length adjustable.

Ive never personally seen the ITR full coilovers, but the regular ITR struts arent as long as the wagon struts. So technically they should be able to lower as much as youd like. However, all I have to go by is awd struts. Never dealt with the fwd wagons.

Personally if your going to spend the money, get a strut with a shortened body. Youll be happier in the long run if you like to lower ride heights. Most of the more popular brands shorten the bodies around an inch.

usually DA systems work for any wagon/wagovans, due to the weight, it's going to be a better rite.
