Roof rack info

I'm new to the forum. I wanted to get feedback on racks. I like the lower profile look of the factory rack but imagine it's hard to come buy and install? What Yakima towers and clips fit the wagon? I've never clipped a rack to the door jamb like yakima's fit the wagon. Are there drawbacks to doing this? Any info is helpful. Thanks!

    the OEM racks arent too terribly hard to find... and the install isnt hard either, you just need to really take your time and make sure you do it *right*

    and for the Yamika racks, which i really really like, just get the clips for a Civic. also, when you order one the Yakima associates will know which one you need =)
