Need help: I KILLED IT!

I'm familiar with this car, have helped him work on it. It's pretty clean for its age. Is 1300 a good price? Looking for transpo for a 21 yo girl fwiw.
The good:
VERY fun to drive.
Good gas mileage - can get 30 if you don't pay attention to the above comment.
Huge trunk area - I put a 32 inch standard TV in the box in the back. Also put an 8 foot ladder in the car with all window/sunroof up.
Stick shift - very smooth shifting car.
Leather seats.
Prewired for sat radio. I did the wiring through the in dash clock.
6 disc CD changer.
Reliable and cheap to maintain (tires, brakes, etc).
edit: D'oh! the post I quoted doesn't ID the car. It's a '94 integra.
Great tires.
I have all maintenance documents.
Its got a receiver hitch (removed, but easy to put back on).
Great window tint.
Lots or parts replaced (CV joints, clutch, etc)
Tuned it up last summer: plugs, wireset, dist cap, and rotor.
The bad:
No AC.
177k miles. Needs timing belt around 180k.
Dirty - this can be taken care of easily.
Cracked leather seats.
Original suspension.
Stalled twice in past month while driving. Could be fuel filter, could be ignition control. Last stall was on the way home from the Snake Creek Gap race.
Major oxidation of paint.
Minor dings, many scratches.
Needs paint job.
Reason for selling:
Wife's car is paid off and I haven't had a car payment in 10 years. Been driving old used cars for too long, so now I'm going to get something newer than a 1994.
Keeping it costs me almost 400 per year in insurance, and about 100 for tag/emmissions. I was considering keeping it along with my new car, but don't really have the space, or desire to have 3 cars for two of us.
Price: $1,300. This is well below what I've seen on autotrader, but the car is not perfect and so the pricing reflects this. I'll take some pictures this week and post a link to them. In the meantime, feel free to PM me if you want more details, or to see my detailed maintenance (Excel) file. I'll most likely put an ad on Autotrader this weekend.

Its an 1994 LS. 1.8 liter 4 cyl, about 140 HP - car only weighs about 2600 pounds. Power door locks, windows, steering. 2-door, so you get a huge cargo area when seats are folded. We are second owner, buying it off a lease in 1997.
glad to hear it worked out nicely
car started fine this morning, drove it around the block. Came home and decided to fix the oil leak from the cam plug.
Pulled the plug wires off the plgs and just laid the whole bundle back toward the shock tower
Pulled the VC
pulled the end cam cap, sealed the plug
put the VC back on
decided on a compression test (flying colors)
hooked everything back up
no start.
no spark.
could i have f'ed up the igniter or coil allowing it to arc to ground while compression testing? Checked all the fuses I could find:OK Tried another module (from a junkyard dist, tho) no joy.
any ideas?
Anybody know where to look for step-by-step t-shooting? There's so many forums...
thanks.
New coil fixed it... now can anyone 'splain to me wtf I did?
you sure? might help to double check. idk, i cant really think of anything.
i had a problem once that was staring me in the face (literally) and i couldnt tell... so um, yeah...
Sounds like that distributor is on its last legs....first the igniter, now the coil. What's next?
A new one might not be a bad idea. Check out Distributor King. I've purchased three different distributors, all for around $130.

Specifically, I need procedure to adjust timing belt tension. Other than that I think i got it.
Neither of the 1/2" impacts at home would get the crank bolt, taking the 3/4 home tonight.
