after a year I decided to buy another wagon 
My military wagon died when my wife was pregnant and i cant repair the wagon. Now i have wagon back and my wife has got ed9 CRX
1992 Honda Shuttle EE4 with d16z2 on board. Equipment inside is very similar to my old wagon, now i have abs, parking heater webasto and wisco in rear diff.
A lot of work ahead of me but i love this job
Now i have a question.. When i put switch on rear diff to 4wd front suspesion/shafts are shaking very hard and front right tire behave as it wanted to tear off from the car...
And no matter if the switch is on 2wd or 4wd the yellow light next to abs light is on..

We never got an option to switch on 4wd here in the US. I'm assuming this is similar to an Intrac system? My only thought is an issue with the transfer case/gearing from the transmission. Maybe something loose in there?
Now i put usdm rear lights, tommorow i register car on my and new license plate will be square (in poland there is no size like in US) but it fits usdm plate garnish
and i bought wheels for now cause car is on winter tires. I bought them very cheap and it looks good
Sooo if someone has got front usdm corners for sale and can ship it to poland PM me

So new clutch has come
Also valve cover seal and rear diff oil
Gearbox is out so i've cleaned her and paint her.
Today i must put it all together
and a gift from my wife
I've decided to remove webasto 'cause wagon is living in garage
My front gearbox mount died so i've change it to harder piece
And i've paint old valve cover:
and put her in car
Now i'm waiting for power windows and mirrors to come
the force is with us
and two chargespeed replicas
of course for hatch
New poly bushes for whole rear axle arrived
they were few problems with old bushing :P
but finally new bushing is on car
4-1 header in on, summer tires 're on, and 4wd is working, I dont know how and why but is working

Its 13mm sway bar from rd1 crv, mounts are made from shool bench legs
Now im looking for sway bar from a different honda. Im also looking for integra DA 24mm front sway bar.
