Band Wagon
I'm removing all the ac and heater ducts as well as the radio wire hardness all the way to the fuse box and doors to cut some weight. Also plan on shaving down the back of all my panels. Its not a race car...yet!!
Its a '91 regular 'ol d15b2 moderately lowered on 15"x8" that I'm riding till she blows but in that time id like to cut as much weight as I can. Behind the dash there are two bars. Are there any other reason they are there besides holding the cluster and radio?
So far removed:
entire ac/heater assembly ducts and all
Rear trunk area (minus side plastics amp and small speaker set ran on rca to phone)
Radio to antenna to speaker (the two it had)
Battery (motorcycle battery)
Plan to remove:
Tuck shorten declutter engine harness
Driver mirror delete (custom I know)
Trim back of all panels
Rear bumper support (or modified? Opinions please)
