Heater only works past setting " 1 " and sometimes at that.

After doing some research I'm thinking
http://honda-tech.com/tech-misc-15/blower-motors-works-speeds-3-4-but-not-1-2-fix-how-2082345/

that might be the issue .

Heater resistor pack or how ever you want to word it...
I'll check that tomorrow

but in the mean time maybe you guys could drop insight if you incurred the same type of problem

    Yes.

That was the problem with my wagon when I got it . It would get too cold when running the AC on blower speed 2 or higher.Got tired of switching from off to #2.
I got one blower resistor at the junk yard and replaced it.Now the blower works at all speed settings.
  • a lot of the time the smaller coils on the resistor burn out or break, leaving the heavy coil which is usually the hi setting. i would almost guarantee its the blower motor resistor.
  • Very true due to it size. Smaller coils easily burn out or break.Changing might fix your problem.

figured id chime in, turns out the negligent me a few years ago opted to splice the wires to the plug to run the heater together and cut out the plug . ( in my defense the new heater motor didn't come with a plug in hindsight i could have just put the oem plug on there ) long story short there was a short at some time fried the connection. Solution, cut the burnt wire re-splice and solder.
all fan settings work and i can't say forsure me swapping the relay out did any thing but its a good thing to know in the future thanks for the feed back!
