Yes I know, use the search function. But i did, and couldn't find anything about this particular setup.
Anyhow, would a 15x7 +20 offset work on a wagon? Any pics?

IMO: All you need is to run the right size tires. I've run 15x8 +0 with no rubbing issues with natural camber from lowering the car and running 165/50s. So 15x7 +20 with 195/50 is probably going to run a bit. Pulling and roll your fenders always helps. It also depends on what height you are planning on being. If you're trying to be slammed you definitely need stretched tires, if you're not trying to tuck hard then bigger tires will be ok.
