My "New" '91 RT4WD 6-Speed

Picked up my wagon last weekend! I've been combing everywhere online trying to find an RT4WD in good shape for the last 6 months or so, this one finally popped up for sale ~700 miles away. Normally I couldn't have made that work, but I was already going to visit family in that direction for thanksgiving. After some phone calls and planning, I ended up getting it on black friday after an additional 4 hour drive from my grandparents house. It has ~130k original miles on the stock D16A6 and 6-speed trans. No A/C or cruise, but it does have P/S. the previous owner put on full adjustable coilovers, UCAs, LCAs, some cheap rims, intake and exhaust. also had quite a few new stock parts on the engine.

It has some rust, nothing that cant be fixed I think. I completely missed the rust repairs on the bottom of the doors and even some of the bubbling on the fenders because it was cold and raining when i was looking over the car. i specifically asked the guy how bad the rust was, and he said it was just a couple spots on the rear. my fault for not looking closer i guess.

I bought some Naval Jelly and rust preventative paint to hopefully take care of it. I really don't want to cut/weld panels. No idea what to do about the doors, i hope I don't need to replace them.

i already did some minor improvements:
- removed shitty hack-job fog lights
- removed shitty hack-job alarm system
- cleaned up shitty hack-job wiring for headlights
- cleaned the car for probably the first time ever
- fresh fluids
- valve cover gasket & tube seals
- spark plugs & wires

things on the list now are new headlights (it has zipties holding the bulbs in, AND mismatched HID kits), fix the stripped stud on the LR wheel, and get to the bottom of this damn rust! if anyone has tips on repairing rust, or spots to check that i might have overlooked, im all ears

Doesn't look too awful rusty. What's up with the doors?

The bottoms of all 4 doors have been slathered with bondo, poorly sanded, and resprayed just over the repair. and the color isn't even right. i didn't notice because the car was filthy and wet.. to make things worse, wagons are unicorn-rare here in the SE U.S (as i'm sure you know). probably gonna end up selling it because i cant afford to fix all this and still enjoy the car.
