D15b2 Rough Idle and Studdering on Acceleration When Warmed Up

Hey guys, I need some help figuring out what to do with the d15b2 in my wagon.

Basically, it runs perfectly until the engine is fully warmed up. Then, when I bring the car to a full stop, the engine will have a rough idle. The rpms will continuously drop and then come back up to 900 or so, then drop, and so forth. Then, on acceleration, if I push the accelerator hard anywhere below 2,500 rpms, the engine will studder. This will continue until the rpms go over 3,000, and then it is smooth. However, it does fine in any rpm if I accelerate slowly.

Any tips on what it might be, or what might need to be replaced. I am very inexperienced with working on these engines. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

I had similar thing without the stutter, My Idle adjust screw on the throttle body was coming out so it let the revs drop and the ecu was kind of catching it before it puttered out. Yellow marked screw was loose and idle was too low.

We also had it 'Searching' when first installed where it would get up to temp and rev to about 1k, then drop to 500rpm, then rev to 1k n drop to 500rpm constantly which was fixed by screwing in the ICAV adjustment on the back of the intake manifold.
Personally I'd start with this one. These are just guesses so far but might help out, both take 5 minutes or so at the most.
