I have a beeping coming from under dash,

I am in the middle of restoring a 90 Rt wagon. The car did not have an ecu or wire harness, after finding and installing both, when I turn the key I get a constant loud beep. Not from ecu but from the other device that the harness is plug into, not sure what it is, any help
