Thanks truckslammer. It takes a lot of patience but it's definitely worth it at the end.
I want to put it back together for you! It's like adult Legos!
Lol take a road trip to Florida before it's too late!
The trunk handle and taillights were sanded and buffed, they look real nice!
Now I need some opinions on whether or not to two tone the bumpers. I want it to be original but at the same time I want it to be not boring. The color isn't that dark so I'm not completely sure how it will look. Be the judge.
Anyways, the door mouldings dont look to great so I decided to just keep them off for now. If you have some in great condition please let me know. If any of you guys were wondering why there are two huge holes on the bumpers it cause thats where the rear fogs are going to go. I take really long to update things so you'll have to wait a bit for that. Also, one of my door panels got some paint on it so im looking for one also. Soon i'll have pictures taken with a real camera.
Also painted the lettering on my mudflaps with a tire pen from O'Reilly's. Looks pretty sweet from far.
So I was looking in some brochures and I noticed the cool license plates they have in the front. Thank goodness we have Prennro! Got a vinyl printed by Prennro then slapped it on a blank license plate.
So its been a while since ive updated my thread. Started to get a little motivated since having another wagon at the house. Anyways, for the past few months Ive been making the car more confortable to drive. Slapped a remanufactured carburetor on it and its been driving really smooth. Also, fixed my A/C and removed the light switch from my dash and thats basically it. Oh, and i got these today...
The plan is to get them fixed up a bit and painted. Was kind of skeptical about the color in the beginning but the more i looked at it the more conviced i was to keep the color. It has a cream color to it. Tell me guys what you think.
As you can see I still havent installed the rear fogs. I promise Ill eventually get to it. Got something really cool in the mail so ill be back really soon.
hi, its me again... Just drove by your house... you're not home....
Hi, ummm so you're friends are probably saying I'm stalking you... But they never wanted us to be together anyways!
Hi, its me again... pick up your phone!
Hi, sorry about that last message, I was having a bad day...
Hi, Its me, I think I'm pregnant.
HAHA well I have more for you Bill!
I’m so glad i don’t have to see those holes anymore. I still have to adjust them a little and paint them. Once that happens i’ll wrap it with a strip of rubber molding for a nice clean seal.

RE two-tone: I say yes, but I love two-tone paint jobs, so....
I'm really not sure how it will look with the lighter gold...
And also the black trim on the back window, It might actually be nice if you sprayed the bumpers gloss black?
I'm so undecided and so excited.
Paint them black. Final answer.
Or paint them grey like old crx style. OR I DUNNO! DAMNIT
ALSO, please tell me you sprayed the door handles matching color? That would work for me.
Thanks man and yea I totally agree with you
Just see for yourself...
Thanks bud
Two tone it is!
That plate sure looks good!
Crappy picture with the lip installed
